“I feel so fortunate to have found Farahnaz’s drum circle (the Rhythm Within) 17 years ago. Being in this circle has brought me so much joy, fun, and peace. 

“Our members have been together for many, many years and we are a family now. Even during this last Covid year, we met on Zoom and connected with each other which was so wonderful for me. I live alone and my drum family is very important. Now we are meeting back in person and it is the best. I always feel much calmer and centered after our meeting.
